Welcome everyone to ED days 2023 organized by the Doctoral School of Health and Life Science

Join us for these two days seminar of the Life Sciences doctoral school of the University of Strasbourg, organized by PhD students, for PhD students. 

Take the chance to present your work and choose your favorite format:

• Blitz Talk (3 min) : Only 3min to share your amazing work to everyone, keep it short and get straight to the point !
• Long talk (10 min) : Don’t miss this rare chance to present the work of your (short) life as a PhD !
• Poster session : You definitely know what it is, make it simple and colorful ! 

The final program is not yet available, but here are the main lines:

Day 1

Inspiring talks from Pr. Serge Braun

Scientific presentations by and for the PhD students: long talks (10 min), Blitz talks (3 min) and poster presentations. You are invited to send us your abstracts!

Day 2

• Careers round tables with professionals 
• PhD students' association forum
• Thesis prize ceremony from the Société de Biologie de Strasbourg. 

During these two days, you will also meet PhD students' associations and professionals.

Register and submit your abstract as soon as possible!

PS : We are accepting every student, at least for a poster presentation. But long and blitz talks have limited slots, hence we cannot guarantee a slot for everybody, and we may ask you to present a poster only instead.

How to submit your abstract?

To present your research work, send us an abstract of your presentation and specify your preferred type of presentation (long talk, blitz talk or poster).

Abstract submission is open from the 20^th of February to the 20^th of March.

Here is the procedure:

• Register on the website through the "Registration" page in the main menu.
• Submit your abstract through the "My submission" page in your private space (don't forget to mention the year of the PhD you are preparing).
• Check your emails for submission confirmation! (It can take a few days).
